Australian boxer Tim Tszyu has put stars of Supercars through their paces in a vigorous training session.
Tickford Racing duo Cameron Waters and Jack Le Brocq joined Shell V-Power Racing Team’s Anton De Pasquale for a boxing session at Tszyu’s Sydney-based gym on Tuesday.
The trio underwent intense strength and conditioning drills and sparring exercises led by 19-time winner Tszyu.
Tim Tszyu’s upcoming November 17 fight against Takeshi Inoue has found a new venue, after Queensland’s COVID-19 restrictions forced the bout out of the state.

The Aussie superstar was due to take on Inoue at Gold Coast Convention Centre next month, but the fight has now been moved to Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. Tszyu confirmed on social media on Wednesday night that the fight would now take place indoors in Sydney, as the city comes out of a lengthy lockdown period. No Limit boss George Rose confirmed the news of the move away from Queensland on Tuesday.
“The ongoing uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically the impact of hotel quarantine on the health and welfare of our fighters made it impossible for the fight to continue in Queensland,” Rose said.
“I want to stress that we are completely supportive of the hotel quarantine system and would like to specifically thank Queensland Health for doing all they could to make this fight happen on the Gold Coast.
“I would also like to thank Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate and the team at Major Events Gold Coast for their commitment and support of this event.
“I can promise everyone that No Limit Boxing will be back on the Gold Coast bigger and better than ever in 2022.”
